Terms and conditions

These terms apply to tickets booked on eve.webseicho.in ("the website"), run by Amit Kumar, proprietor of Keshari Group, GSTIN 07KYBPK0321M1ZE, 1st Floor, Plot No. A-53, Kh. No. 39/13 & 39/14, Old Plot No. 16, Rajindra Park, Nangloi, New Delhi, West Delhi, Delhi - 110041 ("we", "us"). By booking a ticket you accept these terms.

1. Bookings

• Each ticket is valid only for the event, date and entry type shown on it. A couple entry admits two people; single entries admit one.
• You must give a correct name, email and mobile number. Your ticket is emailed to the address you enter.
• A booking is confirmed only after we verify your payment and issue a QR e-ticket, or issue a complimentary pass.
• We may refuse or cancel bookings with incorrect details or false payment references.

2. Payment

• Prices are in Indian Rupees and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
• Payment is made by UPI to the account shown on the payment page. Pay the exact amount and keep your UTR / UPI reference number.
• Unpaid bookings may be cancelled automatically after 48 hours.

3. Entry

• Show the QR code from your email, phone or a printout at the gate. Each QR code works once, on the date printed on it.
• Entry rules of the venue apply. We may deny entry for misconduct, intoxication, prohibited items or failing an ID or age check. Such cases are not refunded.
• Couple entries must arrive together. Dress code or other event rules, if any, are shown on the event page.
• Resale of tickets is not allowed.

4. Changes and cancellation

We may change the timing, venue or programme for reasons beyond our control. If an event day is cancelled, refunds are made as per our Refund and Cancellation Policy.

5. Liability

We take reasonable care to keep events safe. You attend at your own risk and are responsible for your belongings. Our total liability for any booking is limited to the amount you paid for it.

6. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at New Delhi have exclusive jurisdiction.
