Shipping and delivery policy

We sell only digital event tickets. Nothing is shipped and there are no delivery charges.

How you receive your ticket

• After you book and pay by UPI, we verify the payment. Your QR e-ticket is then emailed to you and is also available on your booking page.
• Verification is usually done within a few hours during event days, and always before your event date.
• Free and complimentary passes are issued straight away.

Check your spam folder, or use Find my ticket with your mobile number and booking ID. You can also call us.
