Refund and cancellation policy

Cancellation by you

Tickets are for a specific date and cannot be cancelled once confirmed. If you need to change the date or entry type, contact us at least 24 hours before your date; we will try to help, subject to availability.

If an event day is cancelled by us

You get a full refund of the amount paid for that day, or you can move your ticket to another available day of the same event. Refunds are sent to the UPI account you paid from within 7 working days.

Duplicate or wrong payments

If you paid twice, paid the wrong amount, or paid but your booking was not confirmed, share your UTR / UPI reference number and a screenshot through our contact page. Extra amounts are refunded within 7 working days after verification.

No refund cases

• Not attending, arriving late or losing your ticket.
• Entry denied for breaking venue rules.
• Complimentary passes.
