• To confirm bookings, send e-tickets and verify payments.
• To manage entry at the venue and contact you about changes to the event.
• To answer your questions, handle refunds and keep tax records.

Sharing

We do not sell your data. We share it only with service providers who help us run the website and send emails, and with authorities when required by law.

Retention and security

Booking records are kept as long as needed for the event and for legal and tax purposes. We use HTTPS, access controls and signed QR codes to protect your data.
